SayPort Live captions or translation

Check microphone, speech recognition, camera, and photo permissions in iOS Settings. If captions, conversation mode, camera translation, or sharing does not work as expected, contact us with your iPhone model, iOS version, selected languages, and the feature affected.

Soul Massage audio or haptics

Check your device volume, Silent Mode, Focus settings, and haptic settings. If the issue continues, contact us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and the sound or breathing session affected.

Subscriptions and purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app settings first. If your access still does not appear, send us the app name, product name, approximate purchase time, and device details.

Privacy or data request

For SayPort Live, translation history and app preferences are intended to stay on your device unless a feature clearly states otherwise. For Soul Massage, mood check-ins and saved reset content are also intended to stay on your device. Contact us for privacy questions or deletion requests.

RePhoto Studio AI processing

Try a smaller image, a different AI mode, or a clearer source photo. If credits were consumed by a failed job, contact support with the approximate time and device details.

ONMODEL generation and credits

Use a clear garment photo with the full item visible. If garment analysis, model casting, previews, exports, or credit delivery does not work as expected, contact support with the approximate time, garment type, and device details.
