VibeWear is being developed by SW Cosmos Inc. These draft terms describe the intended boundaries of the current test workflow. They are not a finalized public subscription agreement or an offer to buy a membership.
Public availability, final commercial terms, and the applicable App Store purchase details will be published only after the release service is ready. Contact info@swcosmos.com with questions.
VibeWear is intended for original design development and authorized reference use. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights to reference materials and production assets, including permission for people shown in photos.
Do not use the workflow to create counterfeits, infringe another person’s rights, misrepresent a brand relationship, or process unlawfully obtained material. An AI result does not establish ownership or guarantee that a design is free of third-party rights.
AI can change, omit, or invent garment details, including seams, gathers, openings, proportions, and the unseen back. Review the draft against the garment and correct it before using it in design development.
VibeWear’s current output does not provide verified measurements, a graded or cutting pattern, validated sewing instructions, or a production-ready tech pack. Do not treat its drawing or apparent proportions as manufacturing instructions.
SVG and Vector PDF exports contain automatically traced vector paths. They may need cleanup and are not organized into semantic garment-construction layers. PNG and Image PDF are raster files and do not offer individually editable lines.
VibeWear does not export native .ai or .psd files. You can open the vector output in a compatible editor such as Illustrator, inspect it, and save it in that editor’s format. VibeWear is not endorsed by Adobe.
Generation requires your confirmation to send the selected photo and instructions through Supabase to OpenAI. It depends on network and provider availability and may fail or return an uncertain outcome. A new generation is a separate request, not a guaranteed repair of an earlier result.
Keep your original photos and export work you need to retain. The device-local Library is not a cross-device backup service. Removing a local draft does not remove previously shared copies or cancel an accepted AI request.
Public paid memberships are not yet available. This site does not accept payments or sell credits. Credit handling, subscription changes, refund handling, and customer account operations still require final implementation and review before sale.
No price, allowance, renewal, rollover, or expiration promise is made by this draft. If subscriptions become available, review the final terms and Apple’s purchase sheet before buying. Do not send payment details to support by email.
