Read the customer’s English in Korean, then let them read your Korean reply in English. Large text keeps the conversation easy to follow.

A screen for both of you.

Use Phone mode for a quick exchange. On iPad or an Android tablet, choose a face-to-face or side-by-side layout and swap sides to fit your counter.

Keep familiar words close.

Find everyday shop phrases quickly. Optional reading aloud uses voices available on your device; it is off by default.

A little more room to understand.

Set a tablet between you. Each person gets a readable side of the conversation, with room for the next question.

You decide what stays.

Text history starts off. Save it on your device only when you choose, export it, or delete it. CounterTalk does not save audio recordings. Live interpretation requires internet access and sends audio to OpenAI after consent; provider processing and retention terms apply.

AI translation can make mistakes. Confirm important details and tell customers when you use it. CounterTalk is not for medical, legal, or emergency interpretation.
