Delete from the app

Open CounterTalk → Settings → Delete all my data and confirm. This removes CounterTalk account data, consent and usage records, purchase associations, submitted translation reports, feedback, and local settings, phrases, and saved text history. This action cannot be undone.

Copies of CSV files you exported or shared are separate. Delete those copies in the apps or locations where you saved them.

02

Request deletion without the app

Email info@swcosmos.com with the subject “CounterTalk data deletion”. Tell us whether you want CounterTalk data deleted or the shared SW Cosmos sign-in identity deleted as well. Use the email linked to your account when possible. If you used a guest account, mention that so we can help identify it.

We may need to verify ownership before completing the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, or conversation recordings. We will explain what information is needed and confirm the outcome by email.

03

What may remain

CounterTalk uses a sign-in identity shared with other SW Cosmos apps. The in-app deletion preserves that identity and other apps’ data. Request shared-identity deletion explicitly by email so we can explain its effects before proceeding.

A minimal transaction fingerprint without your user ID remains to prevent duplicate purchase credits. Numeric provider-cost reservations lose their account link; aggregate accounting totals remain. Provider logs and backups follow their retention terms, and records required by law may be retained. See the Privacy Policy for details.

One-way device and account trial fingerprints remain to prevent repeated welcome grants. Minimal account ownership and purchase-security records remain to prevent account takeover and incorrect receipt reassignment. These are separate from audio or conversation history. A device reset or system change may change the Device ID.

04

Cancel renewal separately

Deleting data does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. If you want to stop renewal, cancel it through the store where you purchased. Unused time and account data may be lost when you delete CounterTalk data.
