Clear data practices for garment upload, AI lookbook generation, synthetic model casting, exports, and render credit purchases.
ONMODEL is provided by SW Cosmos Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how ONMODEL handles information on iOS, macOS, and Android when you upload garment photos, create Brand Profiles or Brand Faces, select synthetic models and scene directions, generate AI lookbook previews and finals, export files, report generated content, or purchase render credits and membership benefits.

ONMODEL creates a secure app session so our backend can protect credit balances, generation requests, saved brand assets, purchases, reports, and deletion requests. A session may begin anonymously.
If you choose an available sign-in provider, such as Apple on iOS or macOS or Google on Android, we process the signed identity information needed to authenticate your ONMODEL studio. This may include a provider identifier, verified-email status, and limited profile information supplied by the provider. We use it for account access, continuity, fraud prevention, and security, not advertising.
Apple and Google studios are separate accounts and are not automatically merged merely because they use the same email address.
When you choose to upload or capture a garment photo, ONMODEL processes the image to analyze characteristics such as category, fit, color, fabric, silhouette, prints, and protected details. You may edit that analysis and provide styling directions or exclusions.
Before a selected image is sent for AI processing, ONMODEL identifies that third-party processing and asks for your permission. Garment images, selected synthetic model references, Brand Face assets, scene selections, and related generation instructions are then sent through SW Cosmos backend services to OpenAI and fal.ai for image analysis, image generation, quality review, or Motion Look video generation, depending on the feature you request. Do not continue with AI processing if you do not want the selected content shared with these providers.
Generated images and related job metadata may be stored or cached as needed to deliver previews and finals, support Brand Face reuse and exports, operate credits, investigate failures or reports, prevent abuse, and provide support. AI output can vary; review garment and brand details before publishing or relying on a result.
ONMODEL may store Brand Profile selections, reusable Brand Faces, selected models and scenes, garment analysis, generation status, credit events, report records, deletion-request status, and operational diagnostics.
If you report a generated result, we process the selected reason, optional details, the related generation or image reference, your ONMODEL identifier, status, and review notes so we can investigate safety, privacy, intellectual-property, quality, or abuse concerns.
Purchases are processed by Apple on iOS and macOS and by Google Play on Android. SW Cosmos does not receive your full card or payment-method details.
To deliver and restore credits or membership securely, our backend may verify and retain the store platform, product identifier, transaction, order, or purchase identifier, protected purchase-token data, purchase state, subscription period, credit grant or revocation, and related ledger events. We use this information for entitlement delivery, duplicate prevention, refund or revocation handling, fraud prevention, accounting, and store compliance.
ONMODEL requests camera access only when you choose to capture a garment image on a supported device. On Android, ONMODEL uses the system photo picker for images you choose and does not request broad access to your media library. On macOS, ONMODEL receives access only to files you select with the system file picker and to export locations you choose. You can control permissions in your device settings.
If completion notifications are enabled, ONMODEL and its notification provider process a device registration token and related app information to deliver the notification. You can disable notifications in device settings.
SW Cosmos uses Supabase for secure hosting, authentication, database, server functions, and storage; OpenAI and fal.ai for requested AI analysis, image generation, quality review, and video generation; Apple and Google for applicable app-store purchases and identity; and optional notification infrastructure where enabled. These providers process data as needed to provide their services under their applicable terms and security controls. Data may be processed in countries other than the country where you live.
API and administrative secrets are stored on the server and are not included in the app. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
ONMODEL does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, does not request the Android advertising ID or Apple advertising identifier, and does not sell personal information. The current iOS, macOS, and Android apps do not use a third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
Our infrastructure may retain security and operational logs such as request time, route, network or IP-derived region information, user agent, app or service version, response status, duration, and error diagnostics to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
We retain ONMODEL profile, brand, generation, credit, report, and operational information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, satisfy your requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
After a verified deletion request is completed, we delete associated ONMODEL profile data, account-scoped brand assets, generation records, reports, active notification tokens, and other app content. Minimal App Store or Play transaction identifiers and related accounting, refund, fraud-prevention, dispute, deletion-audit, or security records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required. Retained purchase records are de-linked from the deleted ONMODEL account and restricted from ordinary product use.
Request deletion directly in ONMODEL under Settings > Account > Account access & data > Delete Account & Data, or use our public deletion page at https://www.swcosmos.com/onmodel/delete-account if you cannot open the app. The authenticated in-app flow also clears ONMODEL Studio files stored locally on that Mac.
SW Cosmos products can use shared authentication infrastructure. Deleting ONMODEL does not delete a separate ReelSKU, RePhoto, or other SW Cosmos product account. If another product still uses the same authentication identity, we retain that shared identity for the other product while deleting its ONMODEL profile and data.
ONMODEL is a professional fashion-production tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through ONMODEL, contact info@swcosmos.com.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated server functions, access controls, encrypted transport, protected mobile credential storage, and restricted administrative keys. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
