The rules for ONMODEL accounts, AI fashion production, render credits, memberships, and store purchases.
These Terms of Use govern your use of ONMODEL on iOS, macOS, and Android. By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using ONMODEL, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ONMODEL is a professional fashion-production tool intended for adults. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with the laws that apply where you use the service.
SW Cosmos Inc. grants you a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ONMODEL as permitted by these Terms and the applicable app store rules.
A secure ONMODEL studio may begin as a guest session and may later be connected to an available identity provider. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and connected account. Apple and Google studios are not automatically merged merely because they use the same email address.
You retain the rights you already hold in garment photos, Brand Face references, logos, instructions, and other content you submit. You grant SW Cosmos and its service providers the limited rights needed to upload, process, store, reproduce, transform, and transmit that content to operate the feature you request, secure the service, investigate failures or reports, and provide support.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every image, face, garment, logo, trademark, and instruction you submit. Do not upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights.
ONMODEL uses third-party AI services to analyze garments and create AI-generated images or video. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpectedly similar to other material. Review every result before publishing, selling, manufacturing, or relying on it. You are responsible for your final use of the output.
ONMODEL uses render credits for eligible generation, repair, motion, product-studio, and export operations. The app shows the applicable credit cost before a paid action when practical.
Credit packs do not expire. Credits included with a membership may have a defined membership period and may expire or be replaced according to the offer shown at purchase. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between unrelated studios, and cannot be resold.
When a server-confirmed paid render fails before delivering its promised result, ONMODEL is designed to restore the charged credits automatically. If the balance does not recover, use the in-app problem report or contact support with non-sensitive details. Abuse, duplicated requests, completed deliveries, or violations of these Terms may not qualify for restoration.
Purchases are processed by Apple on iOS and macOS and by Google Play on Android. Prices, taxes, currency, trial or introductory terms, renewal date, included benefits, and the billing period are displayed by the applicable store before you confirm a purchase.
ONMODEL Membership is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews automatically at the price and interval shown by Apple or Google Play unless you cancel through the applicable store account before the renewal deadline shown there. Deleting ONMODEL or deleting your ONMODEL account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Use the store’s subscription controls to cancel or manage renewal. Access and membership benefits normally continue through the paid period unless the store records a refund, revocation, payment hold, chargeback, or other loss of entitlement. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the applicable store and applicable law.
We verify purchases with the applicable store before delivering credits or benefits. A purchase may remain pending while the store completes payment review. We may withhold or reverse credits and benefits tied to a refunded, revoked, fraudulent, duplicated, or invalid transaction.
You may not use ONMODEL to create or distribute illegal content; impersonate or exploit a person; create deceptive endorsements; infringe intellectual-property rights; generate sexual content involving minors; evade safety controls; probe, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service; automate purchases or account creation abusively; or use stolen payment methods or credentials.
We may block a request, remove access to content, limit service, preserve relevant evidence, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, stores, service providers, or the security and integrity of ONMODEL.
ONMODEL depends on network access, Apple, Google Play, Supabase, OpenAI, fal.ai, and other infrastructure. Features, models, processing times, compatibility, catalogs, and availability may change. We may provide maintenance, safety, or required updates and may discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary.
Third-party services and app stores have their own terms and policies. These Terms do not override rights or obligations that cannot legally be changed, including applicable consumer rights and mandatory app-store rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONMODEL is provided “as is” and “as available.” SW Cosmos disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SW Cosmos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, or lost data arising from ONMODEL. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for ONMODEL during the twelve months before the claim or US $100, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You may stop using ONMODEL at any time and may request account deletion in the app or through our public deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated violation, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or prolonged service discontinuation.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment reconciliation, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—remain effective. Required transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or deletion-audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in ONMODEL, store rules, law, safety, or business operations. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SW Cosmos Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Questions may be sent to info@swcosmos.com.
