This draft describes the current VibeWear photo-to-flat test workflow provided by SW Cosmos Inc. It is not the final privacy policy for a public paid service. Customer sign-in, memberships, account deletion, and server retention are still undergoing implementation and verification.
It applies to VibeWear, not to every SW Cosmos product. Contact info@swcosmos.com with questions about a VibeWear test session or this draft.
You choose a photo from the system photo picker or use the camera with permission. VibeWear keeps the working photo, your instructions, generated results, vector drafts, and local work history in its app storage. Selecting a photo does not itself start an AI upload.
The Library is device-local, not a synchronized cloud archive. Local work can remain visible after sign-out. Files shared through Mail, AirDrop, Files, or another destination are separate copies controlled by that destination.
Before generation, VibeWear shows a confirmation identifying the selected photo and instructions that will pass through its server hosted on Supabase to OpenAI for image generation. Declining the confirmation sends no generation request. The current workflow does not automatically retry an uncertain generation.
Photos may contain people or identifying information. Use only material you are authorized to send for processing, and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. The app does not guarantee that every identifying detail is removed.
AI processing is not entirely on-device. OpenAI’s API processing is governed by the applicable service agreement and account configuration. See OpenAI API data controls, OpenAI’s privacy information, and Supabase’s privacy policy. This draft does not promise zero retention or a specific provider deletion period.
An authorized test generation uses service records such as request identifiers, processing status, timing, and result-recovery information. These records support request handling and help avoid unintended repeat generations. They are separate from the Library stored on your device.
The customer service being prepared uses Sign in with Apple and Supabase authentication, account identifiers, protected sign-in sessions, and server-verified Apple transaction and credit records. It has not been activated for public customers. Final account and purchase disclosures must be reviewed against the deployed service before launch.
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Do not include passwords, verification codes, API keys, payment-card details, or confidential garment photographs unless you deliberately want to share them.
You can remove saved drafts from Library. This removes the selected local drafts and results, but does not remove files you exported, cancel an AI request already sent, or delete server-side records.
A result-recovery window is not a server deletion deadline. The public service’s retention schedule and automatic cleanup are not finalized or verified, so no fixed server retention period is promised here. Ask support about the records associated with a particular test request.
In-app account deletion is not yet implemented. Contact support for a server-data or test-account request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your data. This email route is not a claim that automated account deletion is available or that provider-held records can be removed instantly.
The SW Cosmos website loads Google Analytics to measure site visits and usage. It may process browser, device, page, and similar usage information under Google’s applicable controls. Website analytics is separate from VibeWear’s garment-generation workflow.
No photo upload or garment generation happens on this product page. Following an email or external provider link uses the service you choose. Review Google’s privacy policy for its handling of website analytics information.
