Using Wearmori

These terms describe your use of Wearmori, provided by SW Cosmos. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple terms. If you do not agree, do not use Wearmori. You must have the legal capacity or permission required to use the app and make purchases under the laws that apply to you.

The license for the App Store app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement for Wearmori’s features and do not replace it or limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Outfit ideas and previews

Wearmori helps you explore colors, garment silhouettes, and outfit combinations using a starter style library or your own clothing records. Recommendations reflect the information available in the app, including selected preferences and optional weather forecasts.

The avatar and 3D garments are visual styling aids. They do not guarantee actual garment fit, size, fabric behavior, color accuracy, comfort, or suitability for particular conditions. Imported descriptions and size labels can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check the actual garment, retailer information, and current conditions before relying on a suggestion or making a purchase.

Starter items are styling examples. Their presence does not mean you own them or that a retailer sponsors, endorses, or supplies Wearmori. Recommendation variety depends on the available wardrobe and your settings.

Your photos and product links

You retain the rights you already hold in photos and other material you add. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that material. Wearmori processes your selected content on-device to provide the features you request; these terms do not grant SW Cosmos ownership of your closet or photos.

Product-link imports connect to retailer websites and image hosts. Retailer terms and third-party rights continue to apply. An import does not authorize use that would otherwise infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights. Do not use the app to bypass access controls or import material unlawfully.

We cannot guarantee access to every website, every product variant, or a complete and current description. A retailer may restrict automatic reading, change its page, or remove an item. Wearmori does not place orders on your behalf.

Wearmori Plus and billing

Wearmori includes free features and may offer optional Wearmori Plus subscriptions for additional features such as weekly outfit planning and occasion looks. Monthly and yearly plans are supported. The App Store and purchase screen show the available plan, billing period, price, currency, and any applicable offer before you confirm. Availability can vary by storefront or release status.

Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. The applicable renewal price and period are shown by Apple.

You can manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings or the app’s Manage subscription control. Restore purchases uses Apple’s verified purchase status for the Apple Account you are using. Paid access requires an eligible, verified subscription and ends according to its expiry, cancellation, refund, or revocation status.

Deleting local data or uninstalling Wearmori does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s applicable process at Report a Problem, subject to Apple’s policies and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Your device and data

The current app stores your closet on your iPhone without a Wearmori account or cloud synchronization. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and deciding when to export or back up important information. An export is a copy of your records and available files; the current app does not offer a closet-export re-import flow.

You can stop using Wearmori at any time. Use Settings → Delete all local data to remove local closet content and preferences, or follow our data-deletion guide. Previously exported files, device backups, and Apple purchase records are managed separately.

Permissions and availability

Camera access, weather location, and morning notifications are optional. Weather and product imports need a network connection and depend on third-party services. Notifications depend on iOS permissions, device settings, and the locally prepared schedule; delivery at an exact time is not guaranteed.

We may update Wearmori to improve features, compatibility, security, or reliability. Features, supported product pages, and third-party availability can change. We will provide notice and any remedies required by applicable law for material changes affecting paid access.

Responsible use and your rights

Use Wearmori lawfully and respect the rights of other people and service providers. Do not interfere with the app or its services, attempt unauthorized access, misuse purchases, or use imported content unlawfully. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the governing app license.

We aim to provide useful and reliable features, but do not promise error-free service, continuous availability, or a particular styling result. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, refunds, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including protections that apply where you live.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the app, store requirements, or applicable obligations change. The revised version will show an updated effective date. We will provide any additional notice or choice required by applicable law.
