01Before you delete
Wearmori stores your closet on your iPhone. The current app has no Wearmori sign-in account or cloud closet to delete. This guide explains how to remove your local data and manage any copies elsewhere.
If you want a copy first, open Wearmori → Settings → Export my closet. The JSON export includes closet records and available local reference and preview files. Photos can retain embedded metadata, so choose a private destination. The current app does not provide a way to re-import this export.
02Delete your local closet
- Open Wearmori on the iPhone that contains your closet.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete all local data.
- Review the confirmation, then choose Delete all local data again.
- Keep the app open until it reports completion. If it reports that some files could not be removed, try the deletion again.
This removes closet records, local garment photos and references, prepared garment previews, saved outfits, wear history, avatar settings, and styling preferences. It also resets the app’s reminder preferences and removes its scheduled reminders when deletion completes successfully. This action cannot be undone in Wearmori.
03Other local files and copies
The current in-app deletion control does not explicitly clear the separate cached weather forecast, which can contain the rounded coordinates used for weather. To remove the remaining app container, use iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Wearmori → Delete App. Choose Delete App, rather than Offload App, because offloading preserves app documents and data.
Deleting Wearmori does not remove original images in Photos, files you exported to Files or another service, copies you shared with other people, or existing device backups. Manage those separately in the destination app or your Apple backup settings. Removing app data also does not erase information independently held by a retailer, MET Norway, Apple, or website providers.
You can revoke optional location and notification permissions through iPhone Settings. Permission changes stop the corresponding access or delivery; they do not delete previously exported files or independently held provider records.
04Cancel a subscription separately
Deleting your closet or deleting Wearmori does not cancel Wearmori Plus. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wearmori to manage or cancel an active subscription. You can also use Manage subscription from Wearmori Plus while the app is installed.
Apple manages purchase records and billing. Refund requests can be made through Apple’s Report a Problem service, subject to Apple’s process and your applicable consumer rights.
05Help with deletion
Contact info@swcosmos.com if the local deletion flow fails, or to request deletion of information you previously sent to SW Cosmos support. Include the app version, iOS version, and any non-sensitive error message. Do not send passwords, passcodes, payment information, or a complete closet export.
Support cannot remotely open or erase a closet that exists only on your iPhone. If you no longer have access to that device, use Apple’s device and backup controls. For correspondence held by SW Cosmos, we may need limited information to verify and locate the request, and may retain records where reasonably necessary to meet applicable obligations or resolve disputes.
