01About this policy
SW Cosmos provides Wearmori, an iPhone app for exploring outfits, organizing clothes, and learning color combinations. This policy explains the current app and the Wearmori pages on the SW Cosmos website. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@swcosmos.com.
The Wearmori app does not require an account or provide a Wearmori cloud closet. Website analytics, optional network features, Apple services, and information you choose to send to support are described separately below.
02Your closet on your device
Wearmori stores clothing records, product references, selected photos, garment previews, avatar appearance and body settings, styling and color preferences, saved outfits, wear history, and outfit plans on your iPhone. Language, appearance, and reminder settings are also stored locally.
These records help the app display your wardrobe, dress the avatar, suggest combinations, and remember your choices. SW Cosmos does not receive a copy of your closet through an app account, cloud sync, or a remote styling service.
App data may be included in device backups or transfers depending on your Apple and device settings. These are separate from a Wearmori-operated cloud service and are controlled through Apple or the destination you choose.
03Photos and on-device processing
You can select clothing photos with the system photo picker or take a photo after allowing camera access. Wearmori receives the photos you choose; it does not request access to your entire photo library. Copies are stored in the app on your iPhone.
Clothing classification, color analysis, text recognition, outfit recommendations, and 3D garment preview preparation run on-device. Wearmori does not send these photos, your avatar, or your closet to a remote AI provider for analysis or model training.
Imported photo-library originals can retain embedded metadata, including location information if present in the selected file. A closet export can contain those files. Review what you include before sharing an export or sending a photo to support.
04Optional local weather
When you enable location access for weather, Wearmori requests a foreground location reading and rounds latitude and longitude to two decimal places before sending them directly to MET Norway to retrieve a forecast. MET Norway receives these approximate coordinates and normal network information, such as your IP address. Wearmori does not implement continuous background location tracking.
The approximate coordinates and forecast are cached on your device so the app can reuse a recent forecast. After permission is granted, the app can refresh weather while in use. You can revoke location permission in iPhone Settings and continue using the wardrobe and styling features.
Weather data is provided by MET Norway under CC BY 4.0. Its service is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
05Product links and retailer websites
When you ask Wearmori to read a product link, your iPhone connects to the retailer website and relevant image hosts to retrieve product details and images. Those providers receive the requested URL and ordinary connection information, including IP address and browser or app request information.
The direct product reader uses an ephemeral network session without stored login credentials or cookies. The embedded retailer browser uses a nonpersistent website data store, but the opened website can run scripts and use cookies or similar technologies during that session. Its own privacy policy applies to information you provide there.
Wearmori stores the imported product details and downloaded reference images locally. Access restrictions, unavailable pages, and incomplete product information can prevent an import. Reading a link does not place an order.
06Reminders and Apple purchases
Morning outfit reminders are optional local notifications. If you enable them, Wearmori prepares ideas and schedules notifications on your iPhone using your chosen time and wardrobe. No Wearmori marketing push-token service is used. You can change or turn off reminders in Wearmori Settings or iPhone notification settings.
Apple processes Wearmori Plus purchases. The app uses Apple-verified subscription information, such as the product and access status, to provide paid features. SW Cosmos does not receive your payment-card details through Wearmori. Apple handles payment and Apple Account information under its privacy policy.
07App privacy and website analytics
The Wearmori app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs, request an advertising identifier, or track activity across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising. SW Cosmos does not sell Wearmori closet data. Apple may separately process store or device diagnostics according to your Apple settings and its policies.
The SW Cosmos website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and website usage. This can involve cookies or similar identifiers and information such as pages visited, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, and approximate region. This website activity is separate from your locally stored Wearmori closet.
The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process network and server logs, including IP address, requested URL, request time, and browser information, to deliver, secure, and operate the site. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Vercel’s Privacy Policy for their practices. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
08Information you send to support
If you email SW Cosmos, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, and handle your request. Our email service providers process messages as part of delivering support.
Send only what is needed. A description, app and iOS versions, and a non-sensitive error message are usually enough to start. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, device passcodes, or an entire closet export unless you deliberately choose to share relevant information.
Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, keep appropriate support records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Provider processing may take place in countries where the relevant service operates.
09Export, deletion, and your choices
Use Wearmori → Settings → Export my closet to save a JSON copy of closet records, preferences, saved looks, history, and available local reference and preview files. Exported copies are controlled by the location or person you share them with.
Use Wearmori → Settings → Delete all local data and confirm to remove the app’s closet records, garment photos and previews, saved looks, wear history, avatar, and preferences. The current control does not explicitly clear the separate cached weather forecast. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its remaining local container; backups and previously exported or shared files must be managed separately.
Data deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription or remove records held independently by Apple, retailers, or website providers. Read the Wearmori data-deletion guide for the full steps.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, or to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Contact info@swcosmos.com about information SW Cosmos holds. Support cannot remotely access or erase a closet stored only on your iPhone.
10Security and policy updates
Wearmori uses the iPhone app sandbox, device file-protection features for local media, and encrypted HTTPS connections for its network features. Protect access to your device and exported files. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this policy when Wearmori or its information practices change. We will publish the revised policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice where required. Contact info@swcosmos.com with questions.
