Help with edits, credits, and your account.

Use a clear full- or half-body photo of one person with the outfit visible. Even light, an unobstructed face, and a simple starting background give the scene and lighting edit more useful information.

After the server accepts a job, it continues even if you close Misenlume. Reopen the app to restore its status. If notifications are allowed, Misenlume can notify you when the result or refund is ready.

A failed paid generation is designed to refund the charged credits automatically and exactly once. Refresh History or use Sync credit balance. If the balance is still wrong, send Payment feedback with the related job selected.

Connect the same Apple or email account, open Credits, and use Sync credit balance. Consumable credits are kept in Misenlume’s secure server ledger and do not expire.

Standard uses the free allowance, is about 1080p, and includes a visible Misenlume watermark. HD uses one purchased credit for up to 2K without the Misenlume watermark. 4K uses two purchased credits and has no Misenlume watermark.

Open Finish the look from a completed result, then choose Original, Flash Film, Fresh, Editorial, Cinematic, or Night Bloom. These looks process on your iPhone and use no extra credits.

Misenlume upload and result copies are scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Save a result you want to keep to Photos before it expires.

Open Settings, choose Language, and select any of the 17 supported languages. The running app changes immediately; Arabic also changes the interface to right-to-left.

Use Report an issue in Misenlume whenever possible. A related job can be linked automatically, but no private photo is attached unless you deliberately choose one.

Misenlume removes EXIF and GPS metadata from the upload copy. It sends the selected photo and scene instructions to fal.ai only after you give permission for that generation. Mood Finish runs on-device. See the Privacy Policy for retention and provider details.
