Using Clipwell

Clipwell is provided by SW Cosmos Inc. These terms apply to your use of the app alongside any applicable Apple distribution terms. Use the app lawfully and respect the rights of other people.

Your media and rights

You retain your rights to your photos, videos, audio, and creations. You are responsible for having permission to import, edit, and distribute them, including any music or fonts you supply.

The current app does not include a licensed stock music or font catalog. Access to a file does not itself grant permission to use it commercially.

Availability and backups

Clipwell is being prepared as a free app. The current build contains no subscription or in-app purchase. Public availability and supported versions will be stated on the product page.

Keep copies of important source media and completed videos. Projects are stored locally and there is no account-based recovery service. Features, format support, and export performance depend on the device and media.

Limitations and contact

We aim to provide a useful, reliable editor but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
