RePhoto Studio AI is provided by SW Cosmos Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how RePhoto Studio AI handles information when you select, capture, edit, restore, upscale, clean, save, share, or export photos in the app.

RePhoto Studio AI lets you choose photos from your library or camera. Manual editing tools are designed to run on your device.
When you choose a cloud AI feature such as restoration, text/logo cleanup, upscaling, colorization, enhancement, or repair, RePhoto Studio AI explains what data will be uploaded, identifies the service providers, and asks for your permission before sending the photo for AI processing. If you cancel that permission screen, the photo is not uploaded.
With your permission, the selected photo may be uploaded to SW Cosmos app infrastructure on Supabase and to FAL / fal.ai AI processing services so the requested result can be generated. The app may resize, normalize, or compress a copy of the image to improve processing reliability.
Some photos selected by users may contain faces. RePhoto Studio AI may process facial pixels in a user-selected photo only to provide the photo editing or AI result requested by the user, such as face restoration, clarity enhancement, beauty/local edits, color/detail repair, and preview or HD output generation.
The app may use on-device face detection to determine whether a face is present or to locate face areas for local editing. RePhoto Studio AI does not create faceprints, biometric identifiers, facial recognition profiles, or identity verification data, and does not identify who is in a photo.
For cloud AI features, RePhoto Studio AI may send the selected photo or a resized/compressed copy, optional edit masks, image dimensions, aspect ratio, and a face-present indicator to SW Cosmos app infrastructure on Supabase and FAL / fal.ai AI processing services only after the user gives permission for that AI request.
Face data is used only to generate and deliver the requested result, retry or troubleshoot failed processing, maintain security, prevent abuse, respond to support or deletion requests, or comply with legal requirements. Face data is not sold, used for advertising, used for tracking, used to train facial recognition, or used to identify people.
Face data is not retained by RePhoto Studio AI after the requested processing is completed or fails. RePhoto Studio AI does not maintain a face database. On-device face rectangles and local edit settings are not transmitted as biometric templates.
Temporary input and output media sent to FAL / fal.ai are configured to expire within 24 hours, and RePhoto Studio AI disables FAL request payload storage for AI processing requests where supported. Supabase may process the photo transiently through app infrastructure and edge functions to route the request, return the result, support security, and maintain reliability. Third-party providers may keep limited operational records, security logs, or cached files for service delivery, security, debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and infrastructure reliability under their own privacy policies and data processing terms. SW Cosmos does not authorize these providers to use face data for advertising, tracking, facial recognition, identity verification, or training facial recognition systems.
Purchase, credit balance, install, and support records do not contain face data and may be retained as needed for App Store purchase support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and user support.
We use Supabase for app infrastructure, edge functions, temporary request handling, anonymous install identifiers, Support IDs, credit balance records, security, and reliability. We use FAL / fal.ai for AI image processing and temporary file hosting. Apple processes App Store purchases and payment records. Apple does not receive photos or face data from RePhoto Studio AI.
Supabase and FAL / fal.ai may process selected photos that contain faces only as needed to provide the requested image result, deliver temporary file URLs, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failed requests. We do not authorize these providers to use face data for advertising, tracking, facial recognition, identity verification, or training facial recognition systems.
We do not sell your photos.
New app installs receive 2 initial credits. Initial credits, purchased credits, credit balances, credit usage, transaction identifiers, anonymous install identifiers, Support IDs, and related request status records are stored through Supabase so credit balances can stay server-backed, survive app reinstall where applicable, prevent abuse, and support credit troubleshooting.
Paid credit purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. SW Cosmos does not receive or store your full payment card details. We may store product IDs, transaction identifiers, credit ledger entries, consumption or refund status, and diagnostic records to deliver purchased credits, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve failed requests, and provide support.
Credit and purchase records do not contain face data.
If you contact support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
For credit balance, purchase, or failed restoration support, we may ask for the in-app Support ID shown in Settings. The Support ID is an anonymous app/account identifier used only to locate the relevant credit ledger, install record, request status, and diagnostics. It is not face data.
RePhoto Studio AI does not use the Apple advertising identifier for tracking and does not sell personal information.
RePhoto Studio AI does not retain face data after AI processing is completed or fails. Uploaded photos and face-related request data are kept only transiently for the time needed to generate and deliver the requested result, retry or troubleshoot a failed request, maintain security, prevent abuse, respond to support or deletion requests, or comply with legal requirements.
The normal app processing window is the duration of the AI request. Temporary input and output media sent to FAL / fal.ai are configured to expire within 24 hours, and RePhoto Studio AI disables FAL request payload storage for AI processing requests where supported. SW Cosmos does not store face templates, faceprints, biometric identifiers, or a face database.
Anonymous install identifiers, Support IDs, credit ledger records, purchase verification records, and support messages may be retained as long as reasonably needed to operate the credit system, prevent abuse or fraud, provide support, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. These records do not contain face data.
Third-party providers may keep limited operational records, security logs, or cached files for service delivery, security, debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and infrastructure reliability under their own privacy policies and data processing terms.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by the app. No networked service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Only upload photos that you have the right and permission to process. Do not use RePhoto Studio AI to process illegal, harmful, non-consensual, privacy-invasive, or infringing content.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
